CAPABILITIES
ISO Poly Films is a custom extruder of high-end multi-layer plastic films for the
laminating, printing, coating and converting markets. Founded in 1998, the
company operates a 135,000-square foot state-of-the-art facility in Gray Court,
SC, and currently operates ten film lines, including mono-layer, three-layer,
five-layer and seven-layer high-barrier co-extrusion. ISO Poly offers a wide range
of custom-engineered films for a variety of applications, including food, medical
and industrial products.

- Shrink bundling–balanced shrink (bags or film)

- Multi-wall films
- General purpose bags and films (box & drum liners, etc.)
- Specialty bags and films (bio-hazardous, soiled linen, asbestos, EVA, anti-stat, UVI, etc.)
- Canliners-both LDPE and HMWHD (coreless rolls or individually cut)

- Flexibility to produce sheets of film ranging from 2 inches to 130 inches layflat width
- Diversity to accommodate a wide variety of customer needs:
- Single Wound Sheet: 6” - 130”
- Center Fold Sheeting (A or B wind) 26” – 125”
- J-Sheet (A or B wind): 26” – 125”
- Roll OD: 10” – 42”
- Core Sizes: 3” and 6”
- Ability to provide gauge ranges from 0.5 mil to 28 mil
- Capability for gauge control of +/- 5% or better
